We have a wonderful experience every time we dine here! The drinks are the best we have had, and they also have Asahi Super Dry. Not many Japanese restaurants we’ve been to have it! We went to Japan for our honeymoon, and we love how truly authentic the restaurant itself and the food are! The atmosphere is relaxing and romantic, and the service is a 10/10! Our server, Shen, was awesome and very attentive, detailed, and kind. She gave great recommendations and took great care of us! I highly recommend SUKO. We love celebrating our milestones and going on dates here! :)

Suko is always delicious no matter what we order. The bartender, Wesley is amazing and attentive. He made a drink called an Osaka Mist that is the perfect mix of sour and sweet. The food tastes fresh. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend

Excellent. Very relaxing atmosphere, love the gentle soothing music. Got the hot green tea... best I've ever had, it was warm and earthy, so well balanced. The food was excellent, sushi melts in your mouth. Ramen was also good, the egg was perfect. All ingredients were very fresh and you can tell that take pride in making in. Server was attentive, kind and informative about the menu and he smiled a lot, which was so nice to see. Come here, you won't regret. 🥰 Lucky San Antonians, you can come here whenever you want! We have to go back to Florida tomorrow but who would have thought a sushi restaurant would have been our favorite out of all the others we've enjoyed. San Antonio, you did NOT disappoint these 2 foodie Floridians! See you next time...

An absolute gem in San Antonio! If you come here, you HAVE to get the beef short rib ramen. As you can see in my photo, they do not skimp on the portions the short rib is massive, incredibly tender, and literally falls off the bone. The broth is rich, deeply flavorful, and has just the right amount of kick, paired perfectly with a flawless soft-boiled egg and The takoyaki was spectacular crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with bonito flakes.The atmosphere inside is sleek and upscale, making it a great spot for a date night or a nice dinner out. Dynamic flavors, beautiful presentation, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back for another bowl!

My family has been coming to Suko since they first opened, and it never gets old. We’ve worked our way through almost the entire menu and honestly haven’t had a single miss. Whether it’s a family dinner or a date night, this place always delivers. The staff makes it extra special. Olivia is the sweetest with our kids and always greets us with a huge smile. On date nights, Wesley at the bar never disappoints, he always knows exactly what to recommend. The owners, truly treat you like family. We’ve loved watching their little one grow up alongside ours! Some of our go-to dishes are the oysters, Wagyu pockets, Spicy Beef Ramen, and the Ocean. But if you have the time, do the omakase. The selections are incredible and never disappoint. If you’re looking for amazing sushi in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Suko is the place. We’ll be coming back for a long time!
